It is no secret that since ancient civilization, humans have used essential oils for hygienic, therapeutic, medicinal, beauty and spiritual purposes. Aromatherapy is not only beneficial in curing various psychological & health disorders like stress, depression, insomnia, skin issues etc. but also controls emotional responses and behavior. However, the key to achieve excellent results from aromatherapy lies in using pure, therapeutic-grade oils rather than synthetic fragrances.
